Cancellation Policy Effective January 1, 2025:

48 Hours or More: Cancellations or rescheduling made 48 hours or more before your appointment will not incur a charge.

Within 24–48 Hours: Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 to 48 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Same Day or No-Show: Cancellations on the day of the appointment or failure to show up without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost.
