Cancellation Policy: 48 Hours or More: Cancellations or rescheduling made 48 hours or more before your appointment will not incur a charge. Within 24–48 Hours: Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 to 48 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost. Same Day or No-Show: Cancellations on the day of the appointment or failure to show up without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Ontario nurse practitioners provide a full range of health care services to individuals, families and communities in a variety of settings including hospitals and community based clinics. We work in partnership with physicians, nurses and other health care professionals to keep individuals, families, and communities well.
Nurse Practitioners can provide the following services in support of your health: labs and diagnostic testing, prescription renewals, chronic disease management including diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, asthma, and COPD, Mental health, chronic pain & medical cannabis, traditional and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, contraception, women’s health and preventive health screening including pap smears, men’s health concerns, weight loss support.
